PAS Education Network was formed to be a provider of quality real estate education to service the needs of the people of West Virginia, though our services have also reached into Ohio and Pennsylvania. Our goal is to be a provider of affordable and effective real estate education by using knowledgeable experts who have extensive experience in applicable fields.
Who needs real estate education?
EVERYONE! Admittedly, we are a little biased, but the fact remains that real estate appraisal is an art not entirely understood by most people…including some appraisers! We seek to correct that by offering courses that will challenge and engage the novice and expert alike. Naturally these courses are geared toward individuals who are interested in obtaining or upgrading an appraisal license, but many others could benefit from attending our courses. Bankers, lawyers, investors, real estate agents, home owners…the list of people who could benefit from a better understanding of the appraisal process is virtually endless.
